Welcome to Dagtype Films.

Dagtype Films, LLC, is an independent production company based in Raleigh, North Carolina. We specialize in narrative cinema, both comic and dramatic. As filmmakers, we find inspiration in all eras of movie history, but primarily the Golden Age of the studio system and the New Hollywood of the 1960s and 1970s.

Our latest feature is a romantic comedy called Oh Crappy Day, now streaming on multiple digital platforms. It tells the story of a young man with obsessive-compulsive disorder – OCD, for short – and his misadventures while looking for love.
